Skillet: Easy Nacho Skillet Supper

1 pound ground turkey
1 teaspoon chili powder
15 ounces kidney beans, drained, rinsed
15 ounces tomato sauce
1 11 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
2 cups slightly broken tortilla chips
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray, heat until hot. Brown ground turkey and chili powder in large skillet over medium heat until turkey is thoroughly cooked and no longer pink. Stir in beans, tomato sauce and corn. Bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle tortilla chips evenly over mixture; top with cheese. Cover and cook 2-5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serves 6.
