Sandwich: Flaky Ham & Turkey Slices

15 ounces refrigerated pie crust, softened
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
2 small plum tomatoes
1/2 pound sliced cooked turkey
1/2 pound sliced cooked smoked ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
Heat oven to 450ºF. Remove crusts from pouches. Unfold crusts and press out fold lines. Brush each crust with 1 tsp. mustard. Layer tomato slices, turkey, cheese and ham down center 1/3 of each crust to within 1 inch of top and bottom of eedges. Fold top and bottom edges over filling. Fold in sides, overlapping and sealing edges. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Cut 3-4 slits in top crust of each to allow steam to escape. Bake at 450ºF for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Cut each roll into 8 slices. Serve warm. Serves 8.
