Potato: Ham and Cheese Stuffed Potatoes

Pierce potatoes with fork to allow steam to escape. Arrange potatoes about 1 inch apart in circle on microwavable paper towel. Microwave uncovered on High until tender (12 to 14 minutes for 5 medium potatoes). Split potatoes. Place split potatoes on microwavable plates; top with ham and cheese. Microwave on high (100%) until cheese is melted. Can top with sour cream
