Meat Gravy: Hamburger Gravy *

1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbl flour -- (3 to 4)
2 beef bouillon cubes
salt, pepper, seasonings
2 cups milk (or more)
Recipe
Brown the hamburger. Drain most of grease out (leaving about 2-4 tbl) and add in garlic; saute until lightly cooked. Sprinkle flour over meat and mix well. Saute until flour is browned then slowly add milk or half and half (or more). Simmer until thickened, then season to taste. Serve over mashed potatoes, toast or biscuits.
