1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
2 cans condensed tomato soup with garlic -- undiluted
1 3/4 cups water
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
Recipe
In a large skillet, cook beef and garlic powder over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the macaroni, soup, water and vegetables. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
