5 cups water
2 cups diced cooked chicken
2 1/2 teaspoons minced onion
1 1/4 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
5 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
2 medium carrots, chopped
12 ounces egg noodlesRecipe
In Dutch oven or large saucepan, combine water, chicken, onion and parsley. Cover and bring to a boil. Add bouillon, carrots and noodles; stir to separate noodles. Simmer, uncovered, for 50 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
