Skillet: Honey Dijon Pasta, Ham & Veggies

4 cups uncooked bow tie pastas
2 cups light sour cream
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
2 cups cooked ham, cubed
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
1 16 ounces pk frozen veggies, thawed
(broccoli, carrot, cauliflower-small cut)
Recipe
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine sour cream, msutard and honey; mix well. Set aside. In 12 inch nonstick skillet, place ham and green onion. Cook over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, until ham is lightly browned (3-4 minutes). Add veggies. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until crisply tender, about 3-5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium low. Add cooked pasta and sour cream mixture. Stir gently to coat, then cook until heated through, 1-2 minutes. Serves 6.
