Pie: Impossible Ham and Swiss Pie

2 cups fully cooked ham, cubed
1 cup shredded swiss cheese (4 oz)
1/3 cup chopped green onions
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
Heat oven to 400ºF. Grease pie plate, 10x1-1/2 inches. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 35-40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
