Sandwich: Monte Cristo Folds

List of Ingredients
1/4 pound chopped cooked ham
1/4 pound chopped cooked turey
1 cup chopped sliced Swiss cheese
1 can Grands refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
powdered sugar
raspberry jam
Recipe
Heat oven to 375ºF. In medium bowl, combine ham, turkey and cheese, mixing well. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Press each to form 6-7 inch round. Place scant 1/3 cup ham mixture on one side of each biscuit round. Fold dough over filling and press edges to seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. In small bowl, combine egg, milk, cinnamon and nutmeg; beat well. Brush over tops of filled biscuits. Bake at 375ºF for 12-19 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with jam. Serves 4.
