Pie: Chicken or Turkey Pot Pie

List of Ingredients
2 cans cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz)
2 Cups chicken broth
Cooked chicken or turkey cut up and placed in bottom of 8x8 baking dish
Veggies of choice (steamed fresh carrots celery, sautéed mushrooms, frozen peas or beans, frozen stew mix - use whatever seems good to you). Recipe
Spread veggies over meat. Combine soups in a pan and heat and season with celery seed, garlic powder, pepper and whatever else suits your fancy (curry, tarragon, sage, etc.) Be sure to taste. Pour soup mixture over meat and veggies just to cover (you don't want it too soupy or too dry)
Crust:
1 Cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 Cup veg. oil
1 Cup milk
Preheat oven to 425° F. Beat all with mixer or whisk. Batter will be thin. Pour slowly over ingredients so it doesn't sink. Use a spatula to spread and be sure to press batter to sides of dish to seal. Only use enough batter to cover. Bake @ 425º until golden brown (about 30 min)
