    Pie: Souper Meat & Potatoes Pie

    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 C. onion
    1 egg
    1/4 C. fine, dry bread crumbs
    2 T. parsley
    Salt and pepper
    2 C. mashed potatoes
    Cheddar cheese, shredded

    Recipe



    Combine first 7 ingredients and press into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350ºF for 25 minutes. Spoon off fat. Frost with mashed potatoes. Top with cheese. Return to oven for just a couple minutes to melt the cheese and heat the potatoes.
