List of Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 3/4 cups chunky tomato sauce
1/3 cup sliced ripe olives
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms, drained
1 1/2 teaspoons pizza or italian seasoning
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 cups hot cooked elbow macaroni, rinse and drain
Recipe
In large skillet, brown meat and onion. Stir in tomato sauce, olives, mushrooms and seasoning. Add cheese and macaroni. Mix well to combine, then lower heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix well just before serving. Hint: 2 c. uncooked macaroni yields 3c. cooked. Servves 6.
