Stroganoff: Potato Stroganoff

List of Ingredients
1 pound lean hamburger
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/4 cups water
1 clove garlic -- minced
1 cup milk + 1 T. flour
4 medium baked potatoes
Recipe
Add 1 T. flour and 1/2 t. salt to hamburger. Brown in 2 T. butter.Add onion and garlic; cook till crisp-tender. Remove from skillet. Add 2 T. butter and 2 T. flour to drippings. Add bouillon and salt. Brown lightly; add water and cook till bubbly. Warm milk and 1 T. flour; add to skillet. Return meat to skillet. Peel and slice potatoes; add to skillet. Heat till all ingredients are hot. Serve with salad and vegetable.
