Pie: Roast Beef Potato Pie

List of Ingredients
1 jar beef gravy
1/4 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
4 cups frozen Ore-Ida potatoes o'brien
1/2 pound cooked roast beef, cubed
1 can sliced carrots, drained
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2 1/2 cups biscuit mix
1 cup shredded cheddar or swiss cheese
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Recipe
In small bowl, combine gravy, chili sauce, Worcestershire and cornstarch; blend until smooth. In a microwave safe casserole, combine potatoes, beef, carrot and gravy mixture. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 10-12 minutes or till heated thru. In large bowl, beat egg ad milk; add biscuit mix and stir until ball forms. Roll out dough on lightly floured surface to form a 10" circle. Transfer to a greased 9" pie plate. Flute edges of dough. Fill with meat mixture. Bake at 350ºF for 30-40 minutes until crust is golden. Sprinkle with cheese and green onion. Bake an additional 2-3 minutes or until cheese melts. Yield: 6 servings.
