Sandwich: Sloppy Joes

List of Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground round
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 cloves garlic -- minced
2/3 cup water
1/2 cup no-salt-added catsup
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
16 ounces no-salt-added tomato sauce -- (2 cans)
15 ounces black beans (1 can) -- drained
14 ounces no-salt-added whole tomatoes -- (1 can) drained and chopped
6 ounces tomato paste -- (1 can)
13 hamburger buns -- (13)
Recipe
Cook first 4 ingredients in a large Dutch oven over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Remove mixture from pan; drain and pat dry with paper towels. Wipe drippings from pan with a paper towel. Return meat mixture to pan. Add water and next 10 ingredients; stir well. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves 6. Serve with hamburger buns.
