    Skillet: Steak and Cheddar Melt Skillet

    List of Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 package Hamburger Helper cheddar melt
    3 cups hot water
    1/2 cup milk
    2 tablespoons steak sauce
    4 ounces mushroom peices, drained
    1/3 cup milk
    3 ounces French fried onions

    Recipe

    Brown beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally; drain. Stir in uncooked Pasta, Sauce Mix, hot water, 1/2 cup milk, the steak sauce and mushrooms. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 12 to 14 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Remove from heat. Stir Supreme Topping mix and 1/3 cup milk in bowl about 30 seconds or until almost smooth. Stir beef mixture; pour topping mixture evenly over beef mixture. Top with onions. Cover and let stand about 5 minutes or until sauce is as thick as you'd like (sauce will thicken as it stands).
