1 pound Skinless turkey light meat
1 1/2 cups Dry bread crumbs
1 cup Finely chopped onion
1 cup Finely chopped carrots
1 cup No salt added tomato sauce
3/4 teaspoon Rubbed sage or oregano
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 dash Poultry seasoning Recipe
Preheat oven to 375F / 190C. 1. combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl and mix well. 2. Shape into balls and place on a non-stick baking sheet. 3. Bake 35 minutes until browned.
