    2 pounds lean ground beef
    1 tablespoon Seasoned Salt
    1 tablespoon Minced Onions
    1 tablespoon Parsley Flakes
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg
    Sweet BBQ Chili Sauce, recipe follows
    Creamy Horseradish
    Mustard Sauce, recipe follows

    Combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape into 1-inch meatballs and place on large shallow baking pan.

    Bake in 375 degrees oven 10-15 minutes or until done. Place meatballs in a bowl and serve with toothpicks and Creamy Horseradish Mustard Sauce or Sweet BBQ Chili Sauce.

    Creamy Horseradish Mustard Sauce

    2 packages brown gravy mix
    1 3/4 cups water
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 tablespoon prepared horseradish or horseradish sauce
    1 tablespoon chives
    1 1/2 teaspoons ground mustard
    1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

    Mix gravy mix and water in 2-quart saucepan with a whisk. Cook according to package directions. Stir in sour cream, horseradish and spices until smooth.

    Pour sauce over meatballs, or frozen meatballs which have been thawed and heated; toss to coat. If desired, transfer to slow cooker and keep warm on Low.

    Sweet BBQ Chili Sauce

    1 jar (10 ounces) grape jelly
    1 cup ketchup
    1/2 cup water
    1 package Chili Seasoning

    Combine all ingredients, except meatballs, in medium saucepan. Cook and stir on medium heat until jelly is melted, about 8 minutes.

    Pour sauce over All-Star Meatballs, or frozen meatballs which have been thawed and heated; toss to coat. If desired, transfer to slow cooker and keep warm on Low.
