List of Ingredients
2 cup stale bread crumbs
milk
6 lb ground beef
4 eggs beaten
2 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup parsley finely chopped
2 med onions finely chopped
4 stalk celery finely chopped
1/2 lb mushrooms coarsely chopped
oil
2 lrg cans barbecue sauce
2 can cream of mushroom soupRecipe
Soak bread crumbs in a small amount of milk in bowl. Combine with remaining ingredients except oil, barbecue sauce and soup in large bowl, mixing well. Shape into bite sized balls. Brown in a small amount of oil in skillet; drain. Place in large slow cooker. Combine barbecue sauce and soup in bowl, mixing well. Pour over meatballs.Cook on low for several hours. Makes 400 meatballs
