List of Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
1 cup bread crumbs
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup water
1 cup fresh grated Romano cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 large egg


Recipe

Tips: Baking is better than frying . Mix all ingredients-thoughly by hand and then roll balls size of golf balls, moistening hands each time. Place on large cookie sheet - use olive oil. Bake on cookie sheet for 30-35 minutes at 350ºF. Makes about 3 dozen.
