1 pound lean ground beef
1 package ranch dressing mix
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup beef broth


Recipe

In bowl, combine ground beef and dressing mix. Shape into 24 meatballs. Melt butter in skillet and brown meatballs on all sides. Add broth and cover; simmer until cooked through, about 10-15 minutes. Yield: 2 dozen.
