    Washed, peeled potaoes
    water
    salt

    Recipe



    1. Use small potatoes or cut up larger ones.
    2. Pack potaoes into jars.
    3. Add salt and water
    4. Pressure cook for 10 minutes @ 10 lbs. pressure.
