Green Tomato Chutney

List of Ingredients
3 pounds green tomatoes
2 cups chopped onions
2 cups raisins
1 pint cider vinegar
1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Recipe
Dip tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds, then peel. chop to make about 2 1/2 quarts. Place in large heavy saucepan and add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Bring to boiling point and reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, until thickened, about 45 minutes. Pack, hot, into hot sterilized canning jars, leaving 1/4" head space. Seal with caps and screw lids. Immerse in hot water bath canner, cover and process for 15 minutes after water comes to a hard rolling boil. Remove jars from water and cool on wooden rack. Makes 3 pints.
