    Smucker's Peach Ginger Chutney

    List of Ingredients

    2 c Fresh or frozen peaches, cut -into large pieces
    3 tb Fresh chopped ginger
    4 tb Fresh chopped ginger
    4 tb White vinegar
    1/3 c Raisins
    1 Orange cut into large strips -zest of
    1 Jar (12-ounce) Smucker's -Peach Preserves
    1/2 c Thinly sliced white onions
    1 1/2 c Water
    1/4 ts Cinnamon
    1/4 ts Hot pepper flakes

    Recipe

    Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 - 35 minutes until mixture thickens. Stir occasionally to keep from sticking. Cool, then pack into decorative jars. Keep refrigerated or canned, using proper heat sterilization methods.

    Yield: 3 12-ounce containers.
