2 canned chipotle chiles w/ sauce
1 cup catsup



Recipe

Discard seeds and veins from chilies. In a blender, combine 2 tablespoons of the canned chipotles' sauce, the catsup, and 1 chipotle chili; whirl until smooth. Taste and if desired, add remaining chili and whirl smooth. Use in place of regular catsup with barbecue. Makes about 1 cup.
