Aioli: Lemon Aioli

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1 dash Tabasco sauce
salt and pepper
Recipe
Place all ingredients except the olive oil in the work bowl of the food processor. Process until smooth. While the machine is running, slowly add the oil, until all is incorporated. Season with Tabasco, salt, and pepper. Yield: About 1 cup
