Mustard: Swedish Style Hot Mustard

4 eggs
1/2 cup firm packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup apple cider
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup dry mustard
1 tbsp flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Recipe
Beat eggs in a large nonaluminum saucepan. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens, about 10 minutes. Transfer mustard to a jar with tight fitting lid. Makes about 3 cups.
