Grind the peaches and the one orange with an old-fashioned food grinder or in a food processor. Skins and all, (except the peach pits), The pulp should be sorta lumpy, that's why I like the grinder. I can control the texture more evenly. Then add 1 cup of sugar to each cup of pulp if you like it very sweet. I don't use quite that much. Cook until it blubs, like a volcano, you know blub, blub, blub etc. It's done. You'll love it especially if you use nice ripe yellow peaches.
