    1 8 oz carton Egg Beaters

    Recipe



    In an 8" skillet, pour egg beaters. Cover tightly; cook over low heat 10 minutes or til just set. Remove from heat; let stand, covered for 10 minutes. Remove from skillet and cool completely. Chop and use in your favorite egg salad recipe or use as needed. Yield: 1c
