    Cookie: Basic Cookie Mix

    List of Ingredients

    3 cups flour
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup butter flavor Crisco

    Recipe

    Combine all dry ingredients. Cut in shortening. Store in airtight container. Makes 8 cups of mix. Baking instructions: drop Tablespoonfuls 2" apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven 350¼F for 12-15 minutes.
