List of Ingredients

1 cup powdered coffee creamer
1 cup chocolate flavored drink mix
3/4 cup instant coffee
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg


Recipe

Makes 3 1/2 cups. Pack into canister and tuck into a basket with a 2 oz bottle Frangelico liqueur, cappuccino cups, demitasse spoons, and bar of imported chocolate. Combine all ingredients and store airtight.

Cappuccino (serves 1): 2 tbl. cappuccino mix, 6 ounces boiling water, whipped cream and shaved chocolate. Place mix in bottom of a mug. Add boiling water and stir until cappuccino is smooth. Garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate. Add 1 tbl. Frangelico liqueur if desired.
