1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup cocoa

Combine all and store in airtight container. Pack mix in a basket with a tin of cocoa and jar of hot fudge sauce.
Chocolate Truffle Pound Cake (serves 8): 3/4 c. butter, 5 eggs, 1 c. milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 package cake mix. Preheat oven to 325¼F. Butter an 8 to 9 cup bundt pan. In large bowl of electric mixer, cream the butter until it is smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add the milk and vanilla, beating mixture until it is thoroughly blended. Add the chocolate truffle pound cake mix and continue to beat for 3 minutes until smooth. Pour into prepared bundt pan and bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Cool for 25 minutes in the pan, then remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.
