    3/4 cup nonfat powdered coffee creamer
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp peppermint extract

    Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake. Use 2 Tbsp in a mug. makes about 16 servings.
