1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
2 tbl. sugar substitute
1/2 cup baking cocoa powderRecipe
Combine non-dairy creamer, powdered milk, sugar substitute and unsweetened baking cocoa in a airtight container. Mix well and store in a dry place.
For one serving, combine 3 tablespoons of the mix with 3/4 cup boiling water.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups of mix.
