    2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
    1/2 cup instant coffee powder
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
    1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients until well blended and place in an air-tight container. To present as a gift, spoon 1/4 cup portions onto squares of aluminum foil. Seal foil. Place foil packets in a decorative box or tin. Tie with a coffee mug and with a copy of the serving directions:

    For 1 serving, place 1/4 cup of the mix into a mug and add 2/3 cup boiling water. Stir to blend. Top with whipped cream, if desired.

    Buny's Note: We added in 1 c. vanilla powdered creamer, 1/2 cup of regular powdered creamer and a total of 1 cup powdered sugar. When using the coffee, I first pulvarized instant coffee granules and then measured out the 1/2 cup amount. To make a cup of coffee, used 2 semi-heaping tsp. to 1 mug of hot water.
