    Cake: Streusel Coffee Cake Mix

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups flour
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    topping:
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 tablespoon flour
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 cup chopped nuts

    Recipe

    Stir together and seal mix in ziplock.

    Cooking: beat 1 egg in bowl; blend in 1/2 cup milk and 1/4 c. oil. Pour in cake mix and beat smooth. Pour into 8x8 pan. Pour topping into bowl and mix in 1 tablespoon melted butter. Sprinkle on cake. Bake at 375ºF for 30 minutes.
