    Annie's Vegetable Salad

    List of Ingredients




    1 can peas drained
    1 can white or yellow whole kernel corn drained
    1 can french-cut green beans drained
    1 cup celery chopped
    1/2 cup green sweet pepper chopped
    1/2 cup green onions sliced
    1 jar diced pimiento (4 ounce) drained
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup vinegar

    Recipe



    In large bowl, combine peas, corn, green beans, celery, green pepper, green onions, and pimiento. In small bowl, combine sugar, olive oil, and vinegar, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Pour sugar mixture over vegetable mixture, stirring well to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or up to 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving, stir. Serve with a slotted spoon.
