List of Ingredients
4 1/2 cups elbow macaroni; cook and drain
6 tablespoons light mayonnaise
6 tablespoons nonfat yogurt
6 tablespoons chili sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 tablespoon salt
6 slices bacon, cooked and drained
1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup chopped scallions
4 cups lettuce, thinly sliced
Recipe
Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, chili sauce, lemon juice, sugar, and salt in small bowl. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix all, cover and chill. Serves 6.
