Bean/Grain: Garlic Bean Salad

List of Ingredients
45 oz Cannellini or Green Beans, Drained
3/4 c Parsley, chopped
1/2 c Green Onion, chopped
1 Clove garlic, minced
6 tb Olive Oil
4 tb Cider Vinegar
Salt
Ground Pepper Recipe
Put drained beans in a glass or ceramic bowl; mix in parsley, onion, garlic, oil, vinegar and seasonings. Mix well, cover with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Serves 8
