Bean/Grain: Hot Rice, Ham & Cheese Salad

List of Ingredients
1 cup uncooked rice
2 cups water
1/4 cup fine chopped onion
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups diced, cooked ham
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup shredded Swiss cheeseRecipe
Combine rice, soy sauce, water, onion and garlic in skillet. Cover and cook 20 minutes until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Add ham and celery and heat through. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Serve.
