Bean/Grain: Bonnie's 3 or 4 Bean Salad

List of Ingredients
1 lb. can cut green beans
1 lb. can cut wax beans
1-15 ounce can dark red kidney beans
1-15 ounce can garbanzo beans, optional
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup salad oil
salt & pepper, to taste
Recipe
Drain all beans. Combine, add green pepper. Combine sugar vinegar, and salad oil, pour over vegetables. Add salt and pepper as desired, toss. Chill overnight. Before serving, toss to coat beans, drain. Makes 6-8 generous servings.
Note: You can add rings of red onion to perk up the flavor and color of this salad.
