Cucumber Lemon Salad

3 cucumbers
8 ounces lemon yogurt, lowfat
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup currants
4 green onions, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon mint flakes
1/4 teaspoon basil leavesRecipe
Peel cucumbers; halve lengthwise. Remove seeds and cut into 1/4 inch slices. in medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir gently and then refrigerate. Stir just before serving. Serves 8.
