Curried Waldorf Salad

2 1/2 cups diced Red Delicious apple
1 1/2 cups diced Granny Smith apple
1 cup diagonally sliced celery
1/2 cup raisins
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons honeyRecipe
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; toss well. Combine curry powder and next 3 ingredients; stir well. Add to apple mixture, tossing gently to coat. Yield: 7 servings.
