English Pea Salad

1/2 cup fat free mayo
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups small english peas, drained
1 cup sliced carrots, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 hard boiled egg, choppedRecipe
In large bowl, combine mayo, relish, onion flake and pepper. Add peas and carrot. Mix well to combine, then stir in cheese and egg. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. serves 6.
