Meat/Fish: Hamslaw Salad

1 cup cooked diced ham
2 cups shredded cabbage
DRESSING:
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons honey
1 to 2 tbl. dijon mustard
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion, divided
1/2 cup toasted broken pecans
Recipe
In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients except for 1 tablespoon of the green onion and the pecans. Mix well; cover; chill. Toss together ham and cabbage; add dressing, stirring gently to coat. Just before serving, sprinkle with reserved green onion and pecans. Yield: 4-6 servings.
