List of Ingredients
2 cups apples -- chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup celery -- finely diced
1/3 cup walnuts
1/2 cup green grapes -- cut in half
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
Recipe
Combine all ingredients and stir to mix. To retard browning, sprinkle lemon juice over the apples and stir before adding the other ingredients. Chill.
