    Lemon Sage Pea Salad

    1/4 cup whipping cream
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh sage (1 tsp dry)
    1/4 teaspoon grated lemon rind
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    3 cups frozen baby sweet peas, thawed
    1/2 cup diced cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except peas and cheese; blend well. Add peas and cheese; mix well. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight to blend flavors. Serves 6.
