artichoke pieces
DRESSING:
1 cup oil
1/3 cup vinegar
2 teaspoons oregano leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cloves garlicRecipe
Mix dressing ingredients in blender. Place veggies in container, marinate in dressing overnight or several hours.
