Meat/Fish: Chicken Artichoke Salad

1 package chicken rice a roni
3 chicken breasts, cooked and cut bite size
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
12 pimento olives, chopped
1 6 ounces jar marinated artichoke hearts
3/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/3 cup mayonnaise
Recipe
Cook rice according to directions. Combine chicken, olives, pepper and olives. Drain artichoke and save marinade. Combine marinade with mayo and curry. Slice artichoke hearts into thirds. Mix all together and chill, preferably 8 hrs. or overnight.
