Meat/Fish: Chicken Curry Salad

2 1/2 cups chicken cooked and chopped
1 can pineapple chunks, drained (8 oz)
3/4 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons chutney
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon curry paste
2 small bananas, sliced
1/2 cup salted peanuts
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1 can mandarin oranges, drainedRecipe
Combine first 6 ingredients. Add peanuts and bananas last minute. Garnish with coconut and mandarin oranges. Refrigerate.
